FAQs

What I need to know

  • Who can join?

Anyone. Anytime in a place that suits you. All you need is an internet connection to watch the videos and away you go. These workouts are not suitable for you if you've been told by a health professional that you shouldn't exercise unsupervised, you are currently pregnant or less than 6 weeks post-natal. If you have any concerns if this is right for you, get in touch with us at [email protected]

  • How intense are the classes?

You are able to work through at your own pace when completing these workouts. The instructor provides adaptations to the exercises if you need them and as long as you keep moving, that is the important thing.

  • How much does it cost?

Nothing. This programme is free to whoever wants to use it, whenever you want to use it.

  • Why are there different lengths of classes?

We know that time is important to people and sometimes it runs away from you. Whether you are stuck in the office 9-5 or juggling childcare or other commitments, exercise sometimes gets forgotten or pushed aside. By providing a full workout in as little as 10 minutes, you can slot something in the diary much easier and feel good about yourself. As the weather starts to turn colder and darker, it means you can workout in the comfort of your own home.

  • What equipment do I need to take part?

All the workouts are bodyweight only so you don't need any specialist equipment. You may find an exercise mat makes the floor work more comfortable but it's not essential. Make sure you have some water available.
