What's it all about?
Welcome to the Cambridge City Council Introduction to Pilates for Beginners. This series of six 30 minute sessions has been put together by Cambridge based Pilates Instructor Joules Kyle. Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall wellbeing. The sessions will also focus on improving posture, balance and flexibility.

Equipment: You will need a mat and please wear comfortable clothing so you can move easily, bare feet or non-slip socks. We recommend you have some water close by and a clear space free from any potential trip or slip hazards
