Intro to Strength Training @ Home for Beginners
This series of six strength workouts has been put together by Cambridge based Fitness Instructor Emma Tytherleigh. The workouts slowly build in intensity.

Six progressive workouts of 30 minutes
Equipment: You may wish to use an exercise mat. Two of the workouts use dumbbells, but you could use filled water bottles! One of the workouts uses a long resistance band. (If you don’t have one of these bands, we can recommend Decathlon in Cambridge who do a wide range of resistances to suit you).
You don't need a huge amount of space, the workouts can be done at home in a small space
