Back to Yoga and Movement is a series of 4 guided workout videos delivered by Cambridge-based instructor Leyla Tureli. We are able to provide this Back to Yoga and Movement online programme for FREE to participants thanks to funding from the Public Health team at Cambridgeshire Country Council as part of a county-wide Healthy Weights project. This activity has specifically been arranged for adults who are wishing to return to a more active lifestyle and have a BMI of 25 or over, or 23.5 if you are from the BME community.

The programme

Each workout video ranges from 30 - 40 minutes long. Complete them at any time of day in the comfort of your own home. You can complete them in any order and you can revisit videos multiple times.
